Krishna Sahakari Awas - Current Status

The society has dubious history and the paperwork is stilkl not clear and you will not find a single advertisement for resale of the society's plots. Some people have started construction of their homes inside but whether the problems and or issues have been resolved are still not clear.

They have a secretary named Vipin who always responds to phone number - 9911959417  and he does have a few plots for sale but the asking price is at 85 lacs per 360 sq. meter plot + 600 sqft of constructed area. Which itself is very high considering that this society still does not have its papers in order.

Plot no 94 was built by a certain Mr. Ronnie and he has posted the advert at 99acres.com asking for a whopping 3.5 crores for 5 bedroom house - the actual price of the total house plus plot is around 1.5 crores and he is quoting it as a desperate sale.

There are a total of 95 plots  - however we are given to understand that initially only 90 were sanctioned.

Despite our various queries we still have not been able to get access to the actual paperwork hence if someone has better data or facts please feel free to post.

The additional problem was that some division of land had happened where the society members colluded and this was struck down by the courts ... the issue we understand is still haunting this society.


Look forward to better info- in the common interest of all folks putting their life's savings into buying a house - please do share the truth... good or bad.. either way it helps... our intent is not to go against the society but highlight the true picture.

According to Sri M.D.Singh 'Shekhar', learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri R.D.Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant had filed Writ Petition No. 51304 of 2006 (Rama Krishna Sahkari Avas Samiti Ltd. Malakpur/Surajpur, Laxmi Place, District Gautam Buddh Nagar Vs. State of U.P. and another), wherein by the order dated 24.2.2009, a Division Bench of this Court required the respondent no.2, who according to learned counsel for the applicant was the Greater Noida Audyogik Vikas Pradhikaran through its Mukhya Karyapalak Adhikari/Chairman, H-169, Chitwan Estate, Sector-Gama, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar to refer the matter to the State Government to examine whether any Cooperative Housing Society, which was similarly circumstanced has been allotted the developed land by the opposite party no.2 out of the total land acquired from the Cooperative Housing Society after the policy underwent a change. It was further directed that upon the reference being made, the State Government shall consider the matter after hearing the concerned parties and decide within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Learned counsel states that certified copy of the order was served on the opposite party no.2 on6.8.2009 and although the period of three months has expired, the opposite party no.2 has not referred the matter to the State Government nor the State Government has been able to consider the claim of the applicant, which is disobedience of the directions issued by the Division Bench of this Court. The cause of action is alleged to have arisen on 06.04.2011 when on personal hearing the opposite parties refused to comply with the order. 
Prima facie it appears that the opposite parties no. 2 and 3, Sri Mohinder Singh, Chairman, Greater NOIDA, Gautam Budh Nagar and Sri Rama Raman, Chief Executive Officer, Greater NOIDA, Gautam Budh Nagar have disobeyed the order dated 24.2.2009 passed by the Division Bench of this Court. 
In view of the aforesaid circumstances, issue notice to opposite parties no. 2 and 3, Sri Mohinder Singh, Chairman, Greater NOIDA, Gautam Budh Nagar and Sri Rama Raman, Chief Executive Officer, Greater NOIDA, Gautam Budh Nagar fixing an early date. The opposite parties no. 2 and 3 are required to file reply to the contempt petition by the next date fixed, failing which they will be required to appear in person on that date to answer the contempt petition. 
List the contempt petition on the date so fixed.
